IMO this is how Sisi should always be.
We should have an option to
A: Use All Skills. This will enable us to test drive ships to see if we want to point our skills that way. Also find flaws & exploits in new material before it hits Tranq, and offer educated opinions on new ships rather than hearsay opinions on the forums.
B: Use Current Skills - Each downtime it updates your characters' skills (and only skills, not inventory, ISK, or location). This way you can test setups using your current skillset.
Have 2 0.0 systems for live testing. One allows pilots to venture forth using all skills, the other with current skills only.

I actually got 'authenticating' all the way to 'loading bulk data' and it hung. :( Now the server's down.
And it wants me to patch???

Why the hell does it take so long to log in each person, anyway???
My que goes down by 1 every 60 seconds... that's a crapload of time to let one person login.

I pay for 5, i log with 5
To hell with that. After failing at the bloody authentication screen I launched 30 login instances... They're from 55 up to 912. ONE of them will successfully log in, and close out the 6 others of the same char, since I'm using my 5 accts too.
